Order an At-Home Self Collection Nasal Swab Kit
Simply provide us mailing instructions and receive an At-Home Nasal Swab Collection Kit. The price per test is $150. You are required to return your specimen within 48 hours after your FaceTime/Zoom observed collection.
Please note: This is NOT a Nasopharyngeal swab collection, this is an Anteriore Nasal Swab Collection. You will only swab within the nostrils. Please only insert the swab region into the nose. Please follow these instructions with care and complete the enclosed form:
