Telemed Consultation
Only a Physician can order PrEP for you.
By meeting with one of our Physicians at their office or by Telemed or by providing a lab order from your personal Physician, we can begin the timely process of getting you protected from HIV.
Again at no cost to you, we will bill your insurance. If you don't have insurance it's free!
STI Testing
Patients receiving PrEP must test negative for N. gonorrhea, C. trachomatis, HIV 1 & 2, and Hepatitis B & C by PCR every three months.
Genome will mail you a testing kit that alternatively may be picked up or collected at our location.
Patients will provide blood, urine, fecal and oral samples.
Again at no cost to you, we will bill your insurance. If you don't have insurance it's free!
Filling the Prescription
Upon testing negative for all tests in the STI Panel, Genome will fill the patient's perscription or provide a perscription for the patient to use at the pharmacy or their choice (not all pharmacies will be able to fill the perscription). The perscription may be picked up at our location or will be sent by mail or delivered to the patient's home address.
