At Home/Work Covid-19 PCR Swab

Service Description

With this service, specimen will be collected at Client's home or place of employment at the scheduled time. Location must be within 20 miles of Genome Laboratory's Hollywood, FL location. A minimum of 5 tests are required per session. Confirmation by a Genome staff member by phone (888)436-6638 or email (support@genome-llc.com) is required for this appointment. Client must present ID, insurance card or form of payment. PCR testing is free of charge for all U.S. Residents. Please provide U.S. ID, Passport, or Visa and insurance card (if insured). Non-resident fee is $150.
